Note the Page Attributes box on the right when you are editing the page – you need to choose the “Counseling Template” for these pages to have the proper menu displayed. For posts, this happens automatically as long as the Counseling category is assigned to them (once you’ve added more categories I may need to modify some code to include them as well).
